About Us

Can Stop Redemption Center and Groceries, INC was formed on January 31, 2012.

Melissa and Bill Crandall started Can Stop to do their part in making our world a "Greener Friendly Environment" for future generations to come. Many recyclables are either thrown out in the regular trash or are littered on the street. There is nothing worse than coming home and parking in front of your house only to realize you just popped a tire running over a broken glass returnable. Let's work together to make this world "Greener" and what better way to do so by you earning 5 cents for every returnable you turn into us. Our large recyclers take and reuse the aluminum from cans, glass from bottles and plastics for various reuses.

Another reason for Can Stop Redemption Center and Groceries, INC was to allow us to be involved in many community events. This business gives us the opportunity to work with schools, charity organization, non-profits of any sort including churches, religious organizations and many others through our Bottle Drives and Fundraising Programs.

Lastly, we want to make it easy for our customers. We don't want you waiting in line at the supermarket just to find out the machine is full, broke or the supermarket will not even take your brand back. We do not limit you to the number of returnables that can be redeemed daily like most markets and convenience stores. On the other hand, we carry all your essential groceries you may need and what better time to buy them than after you have new found cash from returnables in your pocket.
